1. Eligibility for Return Only defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items are eligible. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.

2. Non-Returnable Items Products that are personalized or custom-framed Products damaged due to misuse or customer error Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

3. Refund or Replacement Once your return is approved, we will: Replace the product or Issue a refund to your original payment method
